For the last 7 years I have immersed myself in the ever-evolving world of graphic design with my current focus being digital solutions. Having worked in the creative industries for over 4 years, I have collaborated with some of the world’s largest international brands in many different sectors. I design for both digital and print, working across a wide range of disciplines, including typography, branding, E-learning, film and animation. I also have a solid knowledge of front-end web development, and continuously develop my coding skills.
At BYG Systems I work on creating designs and solutions for high profile bid and presales projects whilst also collaborating with the technical department to create websites and software. I am also involved in technically building e-learning solutions and supporting junior designers.
With a degree in Visual Communication, graphic design is my core skill set spaning branding, editorial and print. I'm also fluent with the standard Adobe products.
Digital is the future of design and I am looking to specialise here, I'm constantly developing skills across UI & UX for web and mobile platforms.
At BYG systems I work on creating E-learning courses in Storyline and other learning platforms. This has given me a strong understanding of learner experience.
Film & animation
I have skills & experience with both Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro. In 2014 a video I produced for Heineken was shown at Cannes Lions.

Graphic Design - Overall Winner
B-Hive Creative Awards
B-hive is a regional design competition for young talented creatives in Central England. After pitching to five judges from Birmingham's biggest design agencies I was awarded the overall winner of the Graphic Design category.

Established in 1983, BYG is a supplier of bespoke e-learning and associated learning technology to international blue-chip organisations. They are widely regarded as a top learning technology developer in the UK and Europe. I joined as a Junior digital designer and have since progressed to a middleweight role.
July 2013 - May 2016 (2 years 10 months)
Realise Consulting inspires the marketing teams of the world's leading international brands to perform at their peak potential and deliver more. I was the sole designer for 1 year, working alongside the Creative Director and marketeers. Through our success the design team was able to grow to three.

I did a two week placement for a print company and was able to learn a large amount about how design work is handled once it has been sent to a major printer and the process it goes through to reach completion.
